The seminar on comprehensive quality evaluation of middle school students was held in Tsinghua High School

On the afternoon of December 7, the "Chengzhi" Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Seminar of middle school students independently developed by the Affiliated high School of Tsinghua University was held in the conference room on the first floor of the training building of the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University. Representatives from 20 Beijing independent enrollment universities such as Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China gathered in the Affiliated High School of Tsinghua University。Tsinghua High School President Wang Dianjun, Vice president Du Yuzhen attended the meeting。Hou Jinke, director of the Office of Advanced Studies of Tsinghua University, presided over the meeting。

President Wang Dianjun first expressed a warm welcome to all the guests on behalf of Tsinghua High School。Starting from his own experience in recruiting students and running schools, he vividly tells the difficulties and key points in the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of middle school students。He mentioned that it is precisely in order to solve these problems, on the basis of fully investigating the current situation of domestic education and international excellent experience, Tsinghua High School has built a comprehensive quality evaluation system of "Chengzhi" middle school students based on objective facts, classification and dynamic realism。Wang Dianjun hopes that this system can provide a detailed and credible reference for the future training of students in the basic education stage and college enrollment work。

Vice President Du Yuzhen then gave a speech and further introduced the relevant characteristics of the "Chengzhi" middle School students' comprehensive quality evaluation system。The system is divided into 9 modules and 46 dimensions, which can comprehensively and objectively record the development process and level of students, and maintain the integrity and reliability of records with real-time publicity and rigorous appeal, reconsideration and arbitration mechanisms。The comprehensive evaluation system of "Chengzhi" has the function of dynamic quantification, which can play the role of guiding development and evaluating selection at the same time。In the past two years, the "Chengzhi" comprehensive evaluation system has played a prominent role in promoting classroom teaching effect, improving teaching management, guiding demonstration, motivating and promoting, school moral education management, and real-time all-round communication between home and school。

Mr. Sun Shuming, director of the Network Center of Tsinghua High School, and Mr. Li Tianshuang introduced the technical application of the system。Based on practical cases, Sun Shuming showed that the friendly interface and humanized design of the system ensured the timeliness and convenience of information uploading and processing, and minimized the workload of students and teachers。The objective and rich results present can effectively guide the work of the school and promote the training, selection and development of talents。Li Tianshuang, from the perspective of college independent enrollment, introduced how colleges and universities combined with their own enrollment goals, generate a comprehensive quality report that meets their own needs in a short time, and find students who meet the "characteristics" of the school。

Finally, the participants had a heated discussion on the application and development of the comprehensive evaluation system。We spoke highly of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of students in Tsinghua High School, especially for providing efficient solutions to the problems that may exist in the work of independent enrollment such as broken faith and material stacking。At the same time, the teachers also put forward many pertinent opinions and suggestions, which pointed out the direction for the future adjustment and improvement of the "Chengzhi" comprehensive evaluation system。The guests have said that they look forward to the further promotion and good development of the system。
